Terms of Service

The free Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or secure operation. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee that paid Premium features conform to these Terms and their description (Title 1A of Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code and equivalent consumer law in your country).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not set out in these Terms, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and security protection. This section does not limit any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

By using tunneling, your local device becomes accessible from the public internet. This may expose your local network to security threats. You are solely responsible for securing your configuration.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profit or network compromise. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event causing the damage. These limitations do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid), to death or personal injury, or where applicable law does not allow them.

Prohibited activities include hosting illegal content, performing network attacks, bypassing security controls, or abusing our infrastructure.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as described below. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
• Google Play purchases: subscriptions bought in the App are sold and billed through Google Play. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy, and refund requests should be made through Google Play. We may also issue refunds through Google Play at our discretion.
• Web purchases (Stripe): subscriptions bought through our website are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Refund requests can be made through our contact page.
• Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers, web purchases): you may withdraw from a web subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Because Premium starts immediately at your request, if you withdraw within this period we refund your payment minus an amount proportional to the Premium time already provided. To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email protected] within the 14-day period, for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for Anvil-MC Premium, purchased on [date], account [email]." Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. For Google Play purchases, withdrawal and refunds are handled by Google as described above.
• Outside these rights, we may grant refunds at our discretion, for example for requests made shortly after purchase. A discretionary refund does not create an obligation to grant refunds in other cases.
• We may change Premium features for valid reasons, such as security, technical or legal requirements, or improvements to the Service, at no extra cost to you. If a change significantly and negatively affects your access to or use of Premium, we will tell you in advance and you may end your subscription free of charge within 30 days of the change; for web purchases we then refund the unused part of the period already paid for.
• Active subscriptions may grant an 'Ad-Free' experience, removing third-party advertisements from the App interface.
• Promotional Premium time, such as rewards from the Referral Program in Section 09, is not charged, does not renew, and follows the rules of that section.

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or misuse. If we end the Service or your paid subscription for reasons that are not caused by you, such as infrastructure constraints, we will give reasonable notice where possible and refund the unused part of any period already paid for through our web checkout (Google Play subscriptions are cancelled and refunded through Google Play). We may also reverse referral rewards obtained in breach of Section 09. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks including Google AdMob, Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), and Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms). These networks may use device identifiers to deliver personalized ads. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the content, products, or services promoted in these advertisements. Any interactions or transactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad data is collected and how to manage your preferences.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or Modrinth. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. Modrinth is an independent platform operated by Rinth, Inc.; mod listings displayed in the app are sourced from the Modrinth public API and are subject to Modrinth's own terms and policies.

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. EU/EEA users are presented with an explicit consent mechanism via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any personalized tracking or advertising occurs, in compliance with GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the UMP dialog in app settings. Outside the EEA, analytics and ad personalization are active by default. All users retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in the App. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect; continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Price changes for existing subscriptions only apply from the next billing period after notice, and for Google Play subscriptions also follow Google Play's price change process.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands; as a consumer you may also bring a claim before the competent court where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
